French Bazaar Refund Policy
At French Bazaar, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. Our refund and returns policy is in line with the Australian Consumer Law as outlined by the ACCC.
Your Consumer Rights
You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if the product you purchased has a major problem, such as:

It is unsafe.

It is significantly different from the description or sample.

It does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

It has a serious fault that would have stopped someone from buying it if they had known about it.
If the problem is minor, we may choose to repair the item or offer a replacement.
Change of Mind
Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, wrong selection, or if you find the item cheaper elsewhere.
Proof of Purchase
To process any refund, exchange, or repair request, you must provide a valid proof of purchase—such as a receipt, order confirmation email, or credit card statement.
